Who is AHM LLC?

Hi, I am Dave Rogers, manager and sole proprietor of Advantage Home Maintenance LLC.  I’m a husband, a father, teacher, coach, entrepreneur, handyman, consultant and most importantly, your neighbor! I have passionately taught school for over 25 years and during my spare time, successfully renovated/remodeled homes in both the Cleveland and Akron areas. 

After much consideration and thought, I decided to put my teaching career on hold and pursue my other passion as a full-fledged business venture! I want to provide a membership-based, monthly home maintenance service in this area that will take the hassle and headaches out of home ownership and upkeep.

Teaching has given me excellent communication skills and the ability to understand complex problems, break them down into simpler parts and explain them.  Combine this with my lifetime hobby of acquiring home repair and improvement skills and you have the makings of a vital service that is currently not being offered in our area.  

I’m fair, reliable, and honest. I am thoroughly entrenched in this community and consider each resident my neighbor. I strive to be helpful, trustworthy and place the highest value on my integrity and reputation.  My hope is to not only give you the peace of mind that all of the regular tasks of maintenance are being handled, but be a knowledgeable resource that can represent your best interests when other service providers or contractors are needed.
