AHM Plus Service

Advantage “Plus” Home Service:

• All the monthly maintenance inspection and service tasks listed previously in the “Basic” program are included in the “Plus” program, but with additional services and options thrown in!

• An additional hour of monthly Handyman services for your personal “honey-do” list!  Jobs such as replacing light fixtures, hanging pictures, repairing hardware items, moving furniture, hanging holiday decorations, small painting jobs, basic plumbing/electrical or other tasks requested by you, the homeowner. Simply put them on a list as you think of them throughout the month and they will be addressed after your regularly scheduled maintenance/service.

• Got more than an hour’s worth of handyman tasks?…additional time can be arranged on a per hour basis, as needed.

• Also, at this level, I will schedule any necessary larger scale repair or home improvement for you (outside the scope of basic maintenance or handyman services) through a reliable, outside service partner. I work with specific, vetted, local, service partners to deliver other services needed to maintain, repair and enhance your home, including HVAC service, lawn care, landscaping, interior design, painters, window and gutter cleaning, power washing, chimney services, roofing repair, etc…  I can consult, advise, schedule and act as your representative while arranging a contractor/service provider.

• Need someone to monitor a project, consult with you on a DIY, run an errand, meet with another service provider or let them in your house while you are away?… like the extra handyman services listed above, these tasks can be arranged on a per hour or project basis, as needed.
